Confirm CAD layout and rendering(if required) to ensure the furniture style catering to the user's need.
Confirm Order Details
Confirm products list and drawings with customized or standard product designs, sizes, colors, packaging, shipping marks.
Confirm Order
Confirm contract or purchase order upon agreement on details of products specifications, delivery date and payment term, etc.
Production Process
Make production plan to control lead time and do InPut Process Quality Control to ensure products quality.
Production Time
Our average production lead time is 30 days. Stock products can be loaded within 5-7 days.
Quality Control
Quality team conducts OQC to ensure finished products quality before allowing warehousing. Videos and pictures of inspection process can be recorded.
Preparation for Shipment
IInform customers of loading and shipping preparation. Photos of loading will be taken. Clearance documents will be released once available.
After-sales Service
We ensure after-sales service guarantee with installation instruction, and other possible assisstance required from us.
